From stage to celebration

Most people want to feel confident in their bodies, whether that’s moving with ease in everyday life, feeling strong and aligned, or simply letting go and having fun through dance.
My life has always been rooted in movement.
I began in classical ballet, training intensively from a young age before receiving a scholarship to Elmhurst Ballet School. I went on to perform professionally with companies including the Vienna State Opera Ballet, spending twelve years working across classical and contemporary repertoire and performing internationally.
Alongside this professional career, I developed a deep understanding of how movement can be both structured and expressive, from precise, technical control on stage to the joy and freedom of simply dancing.
This naturally expanded into Pilates, where I trained in the classical method under master instructors, deepening my knowledge of alignment, strength, and intelligent movement.

My vision is to make movement something people look forward to, not something they feel disconnected from or intimidated by.
I believe movement should support real life: how you stand, how you feel in your body, how you express yourself, and how you celebrate special moments with others.
From focused Pilates sessions to joyful group dance experiences for weddings and hen parties, my goal is to create spaces where people feel free, confident, and fully themselves.
So you can feel strong in your body.
So you can move with confidence.
So you can dance without holding back.
This is where movement becomes both powerful and joyful.

My mission is to help people reconnect with their bodies through movement that feels both empowering and enjoyable.
I offer a blend of Pilates and dance-based experiences designed to support strength, confidence, and expression. Whether you are building alignment and control through Pilates, or coming together for a hen party, wedding celebration, or private dance experience, each session is designed to feel uplifting, accessible, and unforgettable.
My work bridges structure and celebration, helping you move well and feel good, while also creating space for joy, confidence, and shared experience through dance.
